Rindal Sports Chiropractic knows how crucial your optimal performance is for your training, game day and everyday life. Dr. Rindal is a lifetime athlete who played professional baseball and has worked with athletes of all ages, including those in the MLB, NFL, NHL, Olympians and professional track and field competitors. The versatility of Rindal Sports Chiropractic is what makes it a unique approach. Whether you are experiencing muscle tension, shoulder, hip, knee, back or neck pain, specific adjustments and advanced muscle techniques are tailored to you for restorative and preventative care. Dr. Rindal has served Seattle since 2012 and is currently the chiropractor for the Seattle Mariners and Driveline Baseball.
Dr. Rindal is a true believer that if you give the body what it needs it finds a way to heal itself. He comes from a family of chiropractors and became interested in the profession after sustaining what could have been a career ending baseball injury. He personally experienced the benefits of how this profession can take you from injury to full recovery in a short period of time, and felt motivated to help others achieve the same success. Dr. Rindal enjoys working with athletes at all levels, as well as individuals who simply want to get healthy and stay active. Dr. Rindal received his BA in Economics from the University of Washington, where he played 1st base for the Huskies. After playing minor league baseball in the Milwaukee Brewers organization he graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West with a focus in sports chiropractic. He is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® (CCSP), full-body certified in Active Release Techniques® (ART), Neurological Integration System® (NIS), Graston Technique® (Module 1), FAKTR®, and SFMA®. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, hiking, skiing, traveling and spending time with his wife Tracy (also a University of Washington Alum), daughter Tessa, and son Camden.
"Dr. Rindal is an extremely valuable member of our medical team. His professionalism and athletic background has allowed him to build a connection with our players on a personal and professional level. He is skilled, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him for any level athlete."

"Curt Rindal is a highly sought-after manual therapist for our professional baseball athletes, whose demand for his services forced me to bring him in-house! If you're an athlete looking for someone who's had similar experiences to yours in addition to being a leader in his field, don't look anywhere else. Dr. Rindal comes highly recommended by Driveline Baseball staff and clients, and that's saying a lot."
