Dr. Rindal is a true believer that if you give the body what it needs it finds a way to heal itself. He comes from a family of chiropractors and became interested in the profession after sustaining what could have been a career ending baseball injury. He personally experienced the benefits of how this profession can take you from injury to full recovery in a short period of time, and felt motivated to help others achieve the same success. Dr. Rindal enjoys working with athletes at all levels, as well as individuals who simply want to get healthy and stay active. Dr. Rindal received his BA in Economics from the University of Washington, where he played 1st base for the Huskies. After playing minor league baseball in the Milwaukee Brewers organization he graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West with a focus in sports chiropractic. He is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® (CCSP), full-body certified in Active Release Techniques® (ART), Neurological Integration System® (NIS), Graston Technique® (Module 1), FAKTR®, and SFMA®. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, hiking, skiing, traveling and spending time with his wife Tracy (also a University of Washington Alum), daughter Tessa, and son Camden.
